From the Zhejiang Province in ChinaDragon Well is one of China’s Famous Teas, and this is an excellent example. Known for it’s cooling qualities.
Staff tasting impressions: Toasty, walnut-almond, aromatic, anise, dew evaporating from meadow grass, Asian noodles, pleasingly astringent.
Brewing instructions: 1 teaspoon per 12 oz pot, bring water to boil and let cool down to 175 (pour into a Pyrex measuring cup for a minute or so). Try steeping for just 30 seconds for the first two pots, 60 for the third.
